Welsh Construction has been selected by Milestone AV Technologies to remodel their new headquarters at 6436 City West Parkway in Eden Prairie. Milestone recently purchased the five story building, which was formerly occupied by Dept 56.
Senior Project Manager Chris Loberg, Field Superintendent Rod Kalina and Construction Services Coordinator Jean Springer have already begun the construction process, including the demolition and infill of the approximately 4,500 SF atrium to add additional usable square footage. The project was designed by Mekus Tanager of Chicago, and they expect to achieve a LEED Silver Certification from their eco-friendly design of the 82,000 SF building. A new computer room with UPS systems and a new generator, as well as engineering and testing labs are part of the project, which is scheduled for completion early next year.
Welsh Construction would like to thank Welsh Brokers Bill Ritter, Robin Zellmer, Eric Dueholm and John Johannson for their assistance in securing this project.

Hi..
ReplyDeleteReal estate Agents can use their network with other colleagues to ask help for selling and buying. It would be unethical for agents to recommend a particular company. However, they can provide you a list of references wherein you can choose according to the company’s efficiency and proficiency.
