Welsh kicks off brokerage and property management affiliation with Colliers International

We are excited to announce that the Welsh brokerage and property management divisions' new affiliation with Colliers International begins today, August 1. While brokerage and property management remain locally owned and operated by Welsh, through this partnership, our longstanding history of delivering personalized services to our clients will not only continue - it will be enhanced significantly.


Colliers is the 2nd most recognized real estate brand and the 3rd-largest commercial real estate services company in the world with 12,500 professionals operating out of more than 512 offices in 61 countries. While there will be many visual changes ahead, these teams remain under the Welsh umbrella with current leadership and staff intact. The remainder of Welsh, including; Welsh Construction, Genesis Architecture, FaciliTech, Welsh Capital, WelshInvest and Welsh Securities are unaffected by this affiliation change.
